Admissions
A simple, supportive 6-step journey to find the perfect pathway for your child
The Admission Journey
We've designed our admissions process to be clear, supportive, and child-centred. Here's what to expect.
Initial Enquiry
Begin by contacting us via phone, WhatsApp, email, or our online enquiry form below. Our friendly admissions team will listen to your concerns, answer your initial questions, and explain what School of Stars can offer your child. There is no obligation or pressure. We simply want to understand your situation and help.
Meet Our Relationship Officer
You will be paired with a dedicated Relationship Officer who will guide your family through the entire admissions journey. They will arrange a school visit, introduce you to our facilities, explain our programs in detail, and be your single point of contact for all queries. This is a completely informal, warm meeting — no assessments yet.
Certification & Document Submission
We will ask you to share existing medical reports, developmental assessments, school reports, and any diagnosis documentation. This helps our team understand your child's history before the in-person screening. Required documents typically include: medical diagnosis certificates, previous therapy reports, immunisation records, and birth certificate. We treat all information with complete confidentiality.
Multidisciplinary Screening
Your child will attend a comprehensive screening session with our multidisciplinary team. This is conducted in a child-friendly, relaxed manner — not a stressful exam. Specialists from Speech, OT, Behavioral, Psychological and Educational backgrounds will each spend time observing and interacting with your child. This gives us a full picture of your child's current profile of strengths and needs.
Family Discussion & Recommendations
Following the screening, our team will meet with you to discuss findings, share recommendations and answer all your questions. This meeting is collaborative — we want to hear your thoughts, priorities and concerns as parents. Together, we will decide which combination of therapy programs best meets your child's needs, and discuss scheduling, fees, and any support services available.
Grade Allocation & IEP Development
Once enrolled, your child is allocated to the most appropriate classroom group and their Individualised Education Plan (IEP) is formally developed by the full team. The IEP outlines specific goals across all relevant domains — communication, motor, academic, social and behavioral. This plan is reviewed quarterly and updated to reflect your child's progress and evolving needs. Welcome to the School of Stars family!
